Matthew of Lightning Transformations developed a bespoke five-day telemarketing training programme for a group of five staff which took place at our own site near Cambridge. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the training which included a mixture of telemarketing theory and tips, group activities and one to one coaching. Using the in-depth knowledge we gained about best practice telemarketing, we have transformed our in-house approach - we are achieving some great results and our staff are far more confident on the telephone making the investment in training excellent value for money.
